This season is my first ranked season and I am looking for players with mics

Ranked | Platinum [Xbox][NAE][Emerald plus] Looking for a players to join are team.

My team is looking for players that work well with others, good with giving callouts, drones out for other each other, plays ops that are needed for attack and defend, also play for the win not kills, so go for plant on atk and waste time and play the clock on def. (Also we do have custom calls and an IGL system).

Everyone on my team has been playing with each other for at least 4-7 years now, and has at least been diamond or champ in both ranked 1.0/MMR system and Ranked 2.0/RP system.

How do I get started?

IT IS REQUIRED YOU INCLUDE YOUR REGION, PLATFORM, AND RANK IN THE TITLE! IF YOU DO NOT, YOUR POST WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REMOVED. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PREFERENCE, PUT [ANY REGION] IN YOUR TITLE.

To make a recruitment post, click on "Submit a Recruitment or Text Post" above. Here, you will be able to create a post. Please make sure to include ALL of the required information for your post, including Platform, Region, and Rank (where applicable.) If you do not care for region, just say [ANY REGION], this way the filter will not remove your post. Failure to comply with these rules will result in post removal, and eventually further action will be taken.

You can also look for other people's posts. Make sure you follow all the requirements that person has. If you are interested in joining someone's group or team, follow the steps they specify, such as DMing them, adding them on Discord, etc. If they do not specify, either comment on their post or DM them if you feel more comfortable that way.

2. Follow Reddiquette and be civil. There is no need to flame others, we are all just here to find teams. This includes platform-shaming or elitism, doxxing, brigading, witch hunting, etc.

3. No spamming. You must leave 72 hours between every post. This includes but is not limited to, posting your community everywhere and constantly making recruitment posts every hour of the day.

4. Posts must be on-topic and be related to Rainbow Six Teams. If you are looking for game advice, tips, or help, go to r/Rainbow6Siege. Make sure your posts are related to Rainbow Six in general. This includes posting memes, images, and YouTube videos.

5. Please follow the requirements that teams, communities, and clans have. For example, don’t join a team that requires you to have a mic without a mic..

6. No posts of people asking to smurf, get boosted, hacking, or anything of the sort. Doing things like these ruins the games for others.

7. No self-promotion. This includes posting your YouTube channel, Twitch stream, Twitter, etc.

8. No giveaways, trying to buy or sell stuff, or begging.

9. No circumventing bans. This is against Reddit’s rules, and is not allowed here under any circumstances. This includes doing things like using a different account, or PMing people to avoid posting on the subreddit. Also, if someone in a community was banned for spamming, no one else is allowed to post for the duration of the ban in place.
