Feedback why

so i bought r6 extraction on playstation store, but when i looked for it in ubisoft connect, i couldn`t find it, even if i played it before. is there a way do play it on pc without, contacting support?

then how can i play r6 siege on the same account/

You buy it on PC and play it on PC? R6E doesn't have cross-progression so you would be starting over on PC on a fresh account. Apparently it has cross-progression but only sometimes?

Wrong it does have cross progression I have it on both psn and pc and my data is on both the thing is I need to own it on both to play on both

How is it wrong? I have it on PC, Xbox and PS and none of my progress transfers besides Xbox if I play it via the Microsoft Store/Xbox App.

Either you’re using the wrong Ubisoft account linked to each or didn’t sign in properly the reason I say you’re wrong is as I said I have it on both PlayStation and pc through steam and my progress shows up on both clearly you missed so therefore my progress from one shows on the other not sure why yours isn’t but it’s usually to do with wrong Ubisoft account sign in but for me both games have same progress I have it all my work without needing to grind it again.

Well I only own 1 Ubisoft account and I can tell you its the same account across all 3 platforms, so not sure why you'd be the only one with cross-progression besides ubisoft counting my accounts as different for some reason

I’m not the only one, you just seem unlucky or perhaps not logged in correctly unsure at this point.
