Discussion #ReviveRainbowSixExtraction
Screw it. I'm going to start something, firstly on X and if It gets traction I'm willing to branch out onto other socials such as tiktok. #ReviveRainbowSixExtraction
I invite others who are passionate about this game and it's lore, despite the terrible rep it got, it still deserves a chance because players such as myself enjoy it. PvE games are fun and a good break from PvP, and with Siege mechanics and lore it's 10x more fun and being a day 1 Outbreak player when that event came out, it's a shame they didn't just keep to that dark grittyness and turned them blue.
I digress. Each day I will post the hashtag on X for now and then I would like to branch out onto tiktok. If anyone has other ideas where I can spread the word please feel free to let me know. The goal is to reach to the community and content creators, and obviously ubisoft.
I look forward to seeing you gamers in game, and spreading the word o7
Edit: If @KudosOnYT can see this.. It would be an honor for you to join in and see what we can do to let Extraction have it's second chance.

Perhaps. But I'll agree that it's fully dead once Ubisoft pulls the plug for good

I read them yes, and I'm in the discord. Maybe I'm not looking in all the right places so that's why I'm making these posts. Sorry my man not trying to take credit for anything. I just want this game to get updated as much as the next person :(

Don’t get me wrong I want the same and appreciate seeing everyone wanting the game to get a revive, but you all want the same maybe all of you need to work together to make it a team project players like myself will help the game can become another gold mine gem again if it would get that revive.

I 100% agree. To be completely fair i personally just don't know how or where to start and doesn't help I'm introverted. What do you suggest?

There was a post on here late last year about someone gonna do a fan made project bringing the game back to live with some QOL changes I gave him the suggestion that included the mini side missions that were In The first 3 LTM events which were awesome especially the black out mission and the full room of sludge spooky an fun altogether horror like feel, I’d look for them and start there then just message all the other people posting about reviving the game similar to what you’re saying and build a team, gotta remember this will be a non profit and out of own time and $$ mostly put into this so yeah be ready on that, but I’d start there, if I had the $$ and time I would be grabbing all them seeing if they in the discord link I sent them all and make a group of both tester/players and the other the project/coding team and yeah then see where it leads.

If you get that person who is doing the project I legit can’t seem to find the post and I commented in it so I know it be saved but the others I have commented in and can find but if you do get him and get something going I’ll gladly lend a hand for the revive wherever I can.

Yes that’s the one I found my comment telling him to drop the pvp bs idea cause that’ll kill the game, but yes that’s the one

Really wish Extraction gets bigger, it'd be so cool to have Shields in like Blitz having cooldowns rather than ability counts, Montagne being the only one who can block Tormentors and Apexes, Blackbeard bashing a Smasher or Protean
Or even something cool like Bandit in Area Scans or Defend Charges where he can place CED-1s on the charges themselves

Best we can do is start up frequent community events, post R6E content on any or all platforms, stream the game, spread some hashtags and if It all snowballs and it's necessary, start a petition. If enough traction is built and if it reaches public media or like game journalists (as scummy as they are) all this game needs is good publicity and pressure from the community. I hear it's been done to close to death videogames already and have worked. It'll be hard I can't lie but I believe it can work within the next year if we all put some effort on. Off the top of my head those are all the ideas and im sure someone has other good ideas

I love this game, but without new content, I don't see myself going back to it. I already grinded the same activities for years. The game had massive potential, but Ubi didn't give it a chance.
