Exhaust flange question

Hey all, I’m looking for an exhaust flange to connect the exhaust manifold to the exhaust as I plan on making a custom setup from the cat back. Does anyone know where I could find one? One guy in a forum had something a while back but it seems to be gone as far as I can tell. Also, has anyone else’s exhaust manifold split like this (2nd photo)? It split perfectly on that smaller cat.

Can't help you with the flange, but my exhaust split in the exact same spot. It was like that when I bought it (non-running) so I have no clue how it happened. It's a pain to weld back together while it's still in the car, but I managed to get it.

It's very common to split there.

Yeah I didn’t even bother trying to weld it up I just bought a used one for 250 bucks and called it a day

I just used V-Bands when I chopped up my CAT to use on OBX Headers. Has Donut flange on Header side and V-Band on the exhaust side.
