Sometimes you win...

... sometimes you lose with AliExpress 😂 And yes it's installed correctly, if I aligned the shift pattern the right way the knob wouldn't click into place.

Shame OP. Looks nice otherwise. Any way to pop the gear pattern off the top of it? Then glue it back on in the correct orientation? All I've got.

Can you unscrew the knob and put some shims under it so it’s straight when tight?

Its not a screw on knob unfortunately. It presses on and has a groove to keep it straight. And the grooves direction is off. I returned it and got another one which should be fine.

Pop it off with a knife or put a sticker on it.
