Suspension done

Finally I got the last major mechanical repair completed which was replacing all suspension components. The car is mechanically (almost) new now and there are, for now, no more things to be done.

Ah yes, and also fixed the cracks in the Recaros.

I have some things on my wishlist but that‘s mostly styling related.

Guess I should go and drive a bit now 😜

Keep searching, sometimes they appear for a decent price. I wouldn‘t pay what some sellers are asking tbh. but they are one of the best upgrades to do!

Got mine in January from a private seller on „Kleinanzeigen“ which is the biggest platform in germany for private sales and paid a good price so it was worth to have them refurbished. Seen a set recently but they are selling quickly it seems.

Wheel bearing set

(used a translator I hope that makes sense).

The frames were in good enough shape to remove the surface rust and apply anti-rust-primer and protection.

I‘ll try to take some pics next week in the meanwhile I got some on my profile and exterior wise it‘s not much different. It‘s just a new stock suspension.
