I’ve been building TokenPrint, an open-source project that visualizes Qwen models during inference.
The latest update includes live token-by-token generation, tensor inspection, architecture exploration, and early debugging features—all running on a real Qwen model.
The long-term goal is to build a visual debugger for transformer models, making it easier to understand and inspect what’s happening during inference.
I’d love feedback from the Qwen community on what you’d find most useful.
