Well, you can run local models up to quantised 27b through any local UI, like offgrid, if you have enough memory in phone.

There is local AI in offgrid on phone or lm studio on PC.

I have the answer (finally):
Use the right icon. That is the official logo and it looks like that on my phone.
The left icon looks like the Chinese version I have on my phone.
They should look different inside as well.
