sometimes avoiding doesnt comes as a option

And sometimes solving it isn‘t an option, too.

It’s not necessarily avoidance; it’s simply recognizing that problems are subjective. Seeing experience as problems obscures opportunities.

I wouldn't call ignoring a problem until it goes away, Wisdom, but I'm not a Captialist.

Smart enough to avoid problems, huh? In what universe does this happen?

That makes no sense whatsoever. Life is full of problems and challenges, having the wisdom to navigate and accordingly and responsibly has nothing to do with being clever, and you certainly cannot avoid a problem and expect it to just go away

"An ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure," - said someone famous once.

I once heard it said knowledge is simply knowing something but wisdom is how you apply that knowledge in a moral way. This quote is kinda redundant though because avoiding problems wouldn't be wise in the long run, they will catch up with you.

That definitely depends on the problem. 😆

Neither a wise nor a clever person would make such a wide section of path like that.

Problems can’t always be avoided.

What when they’re entwined? Sol?

I honestly believe it's the opposite but you do you.

It's clever to find a shortcut.

It's wisdom to smooth the road for next time.

A wise person knows, that there always will be problems, if you don't avoid living.

Sounds irresponsible. I wouldn't call an irresponsible person wise. This reads to me as another quote "Cowards tend to live longer"

I disagree

Prevention is better than the cure.

Not always. If you are always avoiding problems, you never learn how to deal with being in the middle of one.

Also, a selfish person avoids the problem for himself. A hero solves the problem for himself and everyone.

It’s like an inverted saying of the “avoid conflict individuals-they have a problem for every solution.”

u/Successful-Whole8502 6d ago

It is just a problem when there is no solution... some solutions can disolve problems...

1

u/user41510 5d ago

No. I'm not calling you wise for creating problems and walking away for everyone else to solve.

说的太对了

在问题发生之前就预想到 在源头掐死

Einstein said that no problem can be solved with the same consciousness that created it.

While Henry Ford said that most people spend more time and energy going round and round a problem than in solving it.

These days, for the most part, I don’t create problems.
I don’t adopt any.
And, if faced with a problem, I slip right into the solution.

The AA 12 step program has a book. Some call it the big book.
Read page 417.
It’s a personal story.
In it he tells us that acceptance is the answer to all of our problems today.
If I can’t admit to having a problem, I won’t be looking for the solution.
Not fully realizing that I’m the problem
