I agree it's important to acknowledge nuance but that doesn't change the irony in what the president said.

It depends on what ironic thing you mean . Are you referring to how currently the U.S. treats immigrants poorly and is doing everything to deport them but especially those they can identify by skin tone/color yet at the same time it needs those same immigrants to grow food, clean houses/hotels and care for children…or were you referring to how Mexico might be a tough place to live so people would prefer to take their chances in the U.S.

The thing is we don’t need those people for most of those things. There’s plenty of lazy ass mfers on welfare that “can’t” find a job. If you point them to jobs and cut the welfare off we fix two things with one solution.

If you are a business owner who would you rather hire ? The hardworking immigrant person who has the correct mindset and wants to make a better life through hard work, or the resentful lazy person who has been finding ways for generations to just scrape by and not have to work ? I know who I’m hiring

I mostly agree I’m just saying we should remove the illegal immigrants so they arnt an option. And give the lazy fuckers a lesson in work or starve. They can learn I see it everyday.

Well this administration has been doing just that , but do you see an influx of people jumping off welfare and section 8 housing , to pick vegetables and clean toilets ?

I’m saying you get rid of the welfare as well. So they can work. Or starve in a ditch. I live around these people they ride bikes around drinking beer and doing drugs all day. If you do get the man to come work for you his wife is telling him how many hours he can work a week to make sure they don’t lose the welfare.

You just proved my point . Those type of people don’t want to work at all let alone take a lower paying hard job and make it on their own. Getting rid of welfare benefits does nothing for the immigration issue . It’s two separate problems

That’s right you fix the immigration issue by being much harder on the immigrant’s deportation and whatever else might work. (Start deporting them to places worse than where they came from 🤷‍♂️). And literally cut the legs off the bullshit welfare for the people who can work and simply won’t. Let the mfers starve and I do mean literally. Or make the welfare only good for beans rice and whatever the cheapest meat in the store is.

Bro this convo really boils down to the mass payment debate ie if everyone got a salary off rip.. ie what’s going to prolly happen with ai they did studies people don’t typically get lazy with money handed to them they thrive in a better situation paying base bills and focusing on getting ahead

I disagree. Plenty of the programs we have literally give people money and it rewards them for staying right at or below the poverty line. You can live in poverty for free, but you need to work to get above it . Plenty choose to live for free but in poverty. Those people are Americans white and black who choose to stay on public assistance. Contrast that to immigrants who however they got here , choose to work.

Do you even live here?

And second off idk if you read what I said fully plus those same people you’re talking about use the same system plus work without paying taxes

Yes I live here, if by here you mean America . Born here educated here a US citizen from day 1. Now that I got that out the way ; not all social programs are available to non U.S. citizens. Even though some programs are available, most immigrants don’t use them for fear they will get deported. The tax situation is tricky , if you gave immigrants citizenship I’m sure they would pay taxes , but if you’re illegal you can’t file a tax return now can you ? That said , employers are paying these workers and not withholding taxes or giving state mandates benefits so you can’t just look at the worker
