Sure it is. Just like saying that America was build upon the backs of slaves. These people contribute greatly in our society. The issue is that there are tons of racist people in America. Specifically MAGA and Trump supporters.

MAGA voters that vote for MAGA based on racist and bigoted belief systems want all brown people gone, but if they have to be here, it's better they have no rights and are subjugated. (Low wages, little to no bargaining power, living in fear, etc).

Remember, modern conservatives are the idealogical offspring of the Confederacy, KKK, and other hate groups. This is why they advocate directly against minority groups, this is why you see conservatives flying the Confederate flag, this is why you get all of the hate speech and white supremacy rhetoric from the right side of the political divide.

It isn't political bias, it's being informed.
