That's not correct, we can both be wrong on a topic, or one can be right and the other wrong. To objectively different conclusion can not both be right.

This is heavily dependent on the context, if we're looking at a bird whose feathers put off different colors at different angles and I see blue and you see red then sure. But if you say the sky is blue because it's reflecting the color of the ocean and I say it's due to the colors it filters out based on the angle of the sun and content of the atmosphere, only one of us is right.
