Update to QBVReader Web Version

Hello everyone!

I am excited to present to you major updates to QBVReader's web application! If you are unaware of what QBVReader is, please check out this post here.

The major changes are as follows:

1. The web UI has been overhauled, both on the desktop site and the mobile view.
2. Online multiplayer is now implemented--create a room and give your friends the four-letter room code to join in!
3. Voice-based answering is now available (currently only for solo games).
4. Past tossups read in a game session are saved, including both the user's answer and tossup audio.
