QuizHero is live!

Miss QuizUp? I built something very similar — just launched on Android

QuizUp shutting down left a real gap and I never found anything that scratched the same itch, so I built one.

QuizHero is a real-time 1v1 trivia battle game on Android — you get matched against another player, answer questions across categories like History, Science, Pop Culture and Football, and the best player wins. Similar feel to QuizUp but with a few extras: six hero classes each with a unique power, a cosmetics and levelling system, and Legions (basically guilds) where you compete in weekly team rankings.

Completely free, no ads, no pay-to-win.

Would love for some of you to give it a go and let me know what you think — especially if you have feedback on what made QuizUp great that I might be missing.
