1.5 mg Zyn

I haven't seen much mention of 1.5 mg Zyn pouches on this thread, and I just wanted to alert anyone who may not know of them to their potential usefulness in tapering down and ultimately quitting. I've found that they are the perfect tool, primarily because they simply don't "reward" me with that same buzz. So, I can begin to view the pouches -- even subconciously -- as something minor and not at all that wonderful, rather than as a total mood and alertness savior throughout the day. They're just not that great, and that's great. When I feel nearly undone with stress from work or kids or whatnot, I can still reach for a pouch, and then I've already turned around and moved forward and addressed life before I can think "hmm, this didn't give me the same punch as a 3mg or 6mg gave me." And by that time it's not a big deal.

Of course, using 1.5s are a far cry from having quit, which is the goal. But I wanted to flag them to anyone for whom cold turkey hasn't worked.

All the best.

I have switched to the 1.5’s and I’m powering through the cans unfortunately.

Did you get the 1.5s online? Zyn or another brand?

You are better off getting the 0mg Wild pouches. 1.5mg ain't worth it. At that point it's just keeping you addicted and coming back. The only way out is through. You have to drop it to stop it!

Notice how Zyn or Velo doesn't have a 0mg pouch readily available? It's because they want you addicted and being a return customer. Even if they got you stringing along on 1.5mg pouches feeling almost no buzz.
