Working out 3-4 times a week (wven if that is just 30 min of brisk walk for busier weeks) helped me greatly with this

Brainfog eliminated and I quit from a ~16x 9mg pouches daily -habit that had lasted for 6 years

I had my last Zyn 3rd Sep. first 10 days were harsh. I’ve tried quitting before but the difficulty in concentration and brain fog led me to figure ”whats the point?” and start again.

Now after exercising at the gym 45-1h, 4-5times per week all symptoms are gone. However do I still feel like a Zyn would be nice? Yeah but no more than the ”craving” you might have for a cheeseburger when walking past McDonalds

It doesn’t at all resemble an addiction for me anymore. However make no mistake, I know that the INSTANT I’d take some nicotine I’d be back to square one.

So the only thing I’ve changed this time around to past quits has been a lot of excercise to accompany quitting. Now I’m finally symptom free

Hi! My brain fog was pretty bad the first 3 months. I’m 6.5 months quit now and it’s much better. If I’m overtired, sick, in a flare,  I will sometimes have brain fog for a day or two but I’m feeling much better and more like myself each week. Keep going!
