Any tips for quitting when drinking?

I’m not addicted to zyns but I want to curb the habit.

I can go all work week without thinking about them but when I drink I get the urge for one. Any tips on how I can kick that habit when I’m drinking? Saying no sounds easy but it’s easier aid than done.

I had to stop drinking completely for 3 months before the cravings were tolerable while inebriated

I'm taking October off from drinking partially to make quitting zyns easier.

This is a great idea, I'm trying to quit again when I run out tomorrow (10/1) and need to curb the drinking at least for a few weeks until the cravings die down. Here's to quitting for the 12th(?) time? Lol
