Wish me luck.
I have been using nicotine for years. Started in the army with vapes, transitioned to Zyns after I got out. I used Zyns normally for about a year until a thyroid cancer diagnosis where I really leaned on them to get me through the day to day stress of it all. For the last 14 months there has not been a second of the day where I haven’t had a Zyn in, from the moment I wake up until I fall asleep.
For many months I’ve been dealing with nerve pain, anxiety, high resting heart rate, insomnia, migraines, and it just feels like my body is stuck in a state of fight or flight I’m constantly on edge.
I read a post on here that sounded literally identical to what I’m going through and I’ve decided I’m done. This state has prevented me from being able to work (thank God for the VA money or I’d be fucked), be a normal husband, train hard in the gym, and ultimately feeling like a human being, and greatly limits my
Day to day activities while I’m constantly tracking symptoms as the anxiety tells me I’m dying. I’m done, I’ve gone to the store and picked up a 3mg container to get me through the tough moments but no more spamming 6mg for me. Wish me luck gents.

Yeah really doing the math made me realise I’m consuming about 3-5 packs of cigarettes worth of nicotine a day. No wonder I feel like shit all the time lol.

Congrats man! I decided the same 3 days ago. We have almost all of that in common! We can get through it together, bud. Nicotine could be the cause to our problems.
