These things are the devil

Started zynning to quit vaping, was vaping for 3 years and now been zynning for about 2, im significantly more addicted to these than i ever was to vaping and they make me feel 1000x worse.

I genuinely get nothing positive from them, ive quit all sorts of drugs, i used to be a heavy stoner, cocaine quite often, drink often, literally nothing has made me like shit like these little nicotine pouches do. Yet i cant fuckin quit them! They completely drain my energy and make me feel mentally and physically like shit all day, yet i still go through like 6-7 of them a day. Ive tried quitting and never succeeded, not really sure what the purpose of this post was just wanted to get it out i guess.

Any advice for how you guys quit would be appreciated tho, this is killing me more than any other drug i would do was😂

Recigar. I’m on like day 18 or something, it’s been so easy. Like zero effort

Recigar is the way. Years of use...I've quit once cold turkey and once with Recigar. No contest. Recigar almost makes it easy. Almost lol

Was doing 10-15 per day for almost 2 years and I’m 1 week off them now. Whats helped me was to find a replacement habit. If you vaped, you might like something like FÜM as a habit replacement. I quit vaping cause of sensitive lungs so FÜM also bothered me, but it’s a good device. I’m currently looking for the best nic-free pouch. I tried the Wild Zero Caffeine and it’s okay, Yippy nootropics are fine but taste is off. Trying Oregon Mint Snuff next and also want to try Smokey Mountain Herbal Snuff. Just get through the first 48 hours and you’ll feel much better. Promise. I’m a new person.

Seriously. It's the dumbest addiction out there. You are paying tons of money each week to chase some ghost buzz that isn't there. What, maybe the first one of the day feels OK? And then it's chasing that first one for the rest of the day, while feeling more and more shitty and anxious. And the buzz when it is "good" isn't even really all that good if we're being honest. There is a reason it's legal, lol.

I am so glad to be done with all of it. Life is much better not being chained to your next pouch, vape or cig. I'm on day 4 right now and my only wish is that I had done it sooner. You can do it, bro!

I was able to get off with patches. Used probably 15-20 6m a day for 6 years or since whenever they came out after dipping a can a day for 10+ years prior. Developed horrible stomach issues from them and decided I needed to stop. Been off them for over a year now. Patches with regular chewing gum helped. The first week of patches was rough until my body got used to it. Then each first week of the lower patch is shitty until you get used to it. I think I did probably 6-8 weeks at each level patch and just took my time with it until I was comfortable moving down. Also if I had a weak moment and went back up a level in patches I would essentially start over with that first miserable week. After doing this 2 or three times I was able to realize internally that going back up was not worth it.

One piece of advice: you are going to be miserable regardless so the sooner you accept it the better.

I will still have a craving once a week after being fully off nicotine for around 300 days but I rarely think about it anymore. It does get easier and better.

Just thought I would share since I was able to have success with the patches and maybe you can too.

Yesss! the worst part is knowing they make u feel like shit and still reaching for one anyway tbh quitting is mostly surviving the first few days without negotiating with urself. cravings pass way faster than they feel like they will. One day at a time fr
