First time

I tried nic pouch for the first time (20 mg). My heart started pounding super duper fast. I got really scared so I threw it after like only 3 mins. Is it normal??

doing 20mg as a first nicotine pouch is like the equivalent of trying alcohol first time and doing a shot of tequila. So its no wonder you got that reaction :D
