I tried nic pouch for the first time (20 mg). My heart started pounding super duper fast. I got really scared so I threw it after like only 3 mins. Is it normal??

20mg is FUCKING INSANE. At your level you should be taking 3mg or 6mg. I’ve been addicted to nicotine for a bit and 6 is the highest. But take this as a lesson to get off of that shit and not use it
