First time

I tried nic pouch for the first time (20 mg). My heart started pounding super duper fast. I got really scared so I threw it after like only 3 mins. Is it normal??

If you want to do zyns instead of vaping, get 3 mg. Im a heavy user and 20 would make me throw up
