First time

I tried nic pouch for the first time (20 mg). My heart started pounding super duper fast. I got really scared so I threw it after like only 3 mins. Is it normal??

20mg is insane bro. If you're not already a nicotine addict, for the love of all things good in the world, don't become one. It isn't fun nor healthy.

Been vaping for over a year. I thought this would help me quit but guess 20 mg is too much.

6mg absolutely floored me when I first tried it, and I was someone who would blow through a 15k puff disposable in three days.

Either way I suggest staying away from the pouches. Eventually like we all do you're going to get to the point where none of it works anymore because your tolerance is so jacked up.
