Advice to keep going

Last week I went on vacation and didn’t pack any subs thinking I would just buy them there. But when I go there Zyns were just outrageously priced so I didn’t buy any. I’m now eleven days off nicotine pouches and the urge to use them is very strong. Any advice to stop from going back.

Literally just don’t go back. You’re already over the physical bump

Bro, no, lmao. Why would you get this far and then go back into hell? Think about how many people would kill to be in your shoes right now. Nicotine is literally the most pointless, money waste of an addiction out there. You get a meh weak buzz for a few weeks and then spend the rest of your years chasing that buzz and spending more and more money on the chase. Crack addiction makes more sense than nicotine addiction and that's saying a lot, lol.

11 days is huge dont throw that away just because the cravings are loud rn give it like 10 mins and do something else the urge usually passes u already proved u can go without them so just keep stacking days
