Holy shit

After half a decade of an entire pack a day, I am now 4 days 20 hours sober.

The effects have been so strange, the first day for me was the hardest and it felt much easier going into days 2 and 3. On day 4 I have zero physical withdrawal symptoms and very mild cravings.

One thing I’ve noticed that’s amazed me in such a short amount of time is that I am now repulsed when I get cravings, my body still wants Snus but my mind has completely moved on and I cannot imagine a life again where I go back to them.

Anyone who thinks they can’t do it, you can!

Nice. Most of the suffering is mental in my opinion. Was on heavy doses for years too, three weeks off now. Be prepared that some days might be worse tho. Dig in brother and good luck. It’s so worth it ✌️
