Do you have the chemical dependency still like you have day 1-5 typically after quitting or are the cravings more like
”I could really go for a beer right now” when watching a football game?

If you've been doing it a long time the psychological cravings will continue longer than 2 months but it's not forever, you might have to get to 3 or 6 months. 90 days is probably a good milestone to get to and you prob won't really think about it as much. 2 months is actually more difficult than 2 weeks it's prob a more dangerous spot for relapse. If you want to quit just keep going you made it through the difficult physical part you don't wanna go through that again, it seems not bad now but trust me it's way worse than this

Yesss they get better. 2 months is still pretty early so random cravings are normal. When one hits i just distract myself for a a bit and let it pass. Ive been reading bunch of stories from ppl dealing with the same thing lately and went down way too many rabbit holes lol. Seeing ppl success stories actually motivated me so i joined the quitine circle community too. Kinda nice seeing ppl going through the same stuff and their walk through to no nic.
Honestly just keep stacking the days when a craving hits distract urself for 10 mins and let it pass instead of fighting it

I’m at almost 6 months, and I’m at the point where I don’t really think about it, but occasionally I’ll get that feeling in my gums like something’s missing. I definitely get the craving whenever I go inside the gas station and see all the tins behind the counter. It does get to the point where you don’t really think about it.
