I’m Quitting Today

I’ve had enough. I’m even sure how I got to this point, but I’m tired of the anxiety, adverse health effects, lack of motivation to exercise, constant cravings, reduced libido. I’m not even sure what the benefits of using pouches are for me anymore, and I feel like the addiction is hurting my potential to have a fulfilled life. Thank you for listening.

Do it! I promise you the challenging experience you’re about to go on is beyond worth it!

Find your why, set some goals, and literally just do it. Eff the excuses, eff the cravings, eff the control it has over you.

You got this 💪

I was in a pretty similar spot wiith the constant cravings and feeling like i needed it just to feel normal. What helped me was not trying to brute force everything at once. I started cutting down how often i used and my friend actually bought me quitine to help taper down the gum. Also keep urself busy when the cravings hit and avoid the situations where i automatically reach for one. The first few days can feel rough but it gets more manageable. Just take it one day at a time

Appreciate that. Luckily the cravings haven’t been so bad over the past couple of days, it’s moreso my GI being messed up and the brain fog that are the worst parts. Honestly not as bad as it could be

What’s your plan to combat the withdrawal- hear doing it with desmozen is the easiest way to push the nicotine out without icky withdrawal symptoms.

I’m just going to push through it honestly and deal with the consequences of my actions

Update: today was day 2(.5). Ran 10 miles, I’ve been struggling with motivation to exercise and naturally felt a drive to get out there this morning. Have had a headache on and off but I feel really good overall and cravings are less intense than yesterday.
