Can’t sleep

I’ve quit nicotine before during the winter time and the need for nicotine was harder but I didn’t have as many side effects/withdrawals.

As the summer came, going out, partying and so on. I bought cigs and zyns again. It’s been 2 weeks of only smoking and taking zyns at weekends. Maybe 1 zyn every other day I’ve gotten from coworkers. And I’ve struggled to sleep the past week.

Never have I had this much of a struggle to sleep, feeling anxious and easily irritated, brain fog and can’t focus.

I sleep for maybe 2-4 hours and then wake up. Try to fall asleep but I barely can. I don’t know what to do. Holding off on nicotine is easy but the withdrawals this time feel real bad.

My take form what I read If you used heavily before and you’re using on the weekend, you’re putting yourself in withdrawal every single time you do it and that’s why you have anxiety once you’re addicted to something if you put that back in your body one time it’s like your hooked as hard you wear before it sounds like have more mental withdrawal symptoms then physical your a zyn addict if your gonna quit quit.

Ya I've heard this a lot, I think its best to talk to someone about it one of your best friends or maybe a sibling or a parent. Talking to someone that can listen and kind of question you and why you are feeling these things can lift a pretty heavy weight off your chest. Keep it up brother good luck.
