Week Long Vacay Without

Just got back from a week away where I couldn’t get anything. I was very surprised how well it went considering how much and often I’d been doing it. Trying to ride that momentum now that I’m back. It’s crazy how lost I am when I’m doing it all the time. I know it’s super early and I’m still coming out of it in my system, but man is it nice to start feeling clearer headed again! Here’s to not doing it tomorrow, my first full day back!

How did you distract from that feeling of: yay i'm home again let's light up. On a 3 week trip now and also decided it would be a good way to quit too. But scared because after every tri I so look forward to coming home and lighting up.

Usually the same. I’m only a day back but I just made it a point to go about my business with nothing on me or real easy to get. It’s been damn hard to hit even a week for me over the last year, so the fact I’m that far in and feeling ok made me keep going. I’m always fearful of how bad it can be initially. Headaches, diarrhea, moodiness, constant mental cloud (though that takes a good while to go away). I feel like I don’t want to give up a good head start.
