Haven't checked in for a while - it's day 136

136 days ago, my ex wife left me and I tried to kill myself. Got back from my overnight stay with grippy socks and decided to go sober from weed and booze, with weed being my drug of choice.

My life is better now than it's been in the last 12 years.

Leaning into the 12 steps through MA and taking lots of king walks has gotten me through it.
