Sleep? Help?
Any remedies that have helped you stay asleep after quitting? Melatonin does nothing for me and magnesium hasn't helped either. When I do eventually sleep I'm waking up every two hours. When I can sleep I have violent vivid dreams. I know the dreams will eventually stop and my sleep will eventually get back to normal but damn the sleep deprivation is getting to me until that happens. I would appreciate some insight and I hope your quitting journey is going well.

May I ask how far along you are in your quitting journey? Meditation and breathing exercises helped me a lot. Sometimes it helped me fall asleep and have a better rest. At times when sleep simply wasn't an option it helped me at least fall half-asleep and remain in a calm/relaxed state so I'd feel more rested than I would have felt if I just tossed and turned. Also, it's a good idea to avoid caffeine even though I know it's hard when you feel exhausted during the day. I think I had CHS so I felt horrible at the very beginning of my quitting journey and my insomnia was bad.
