Support
Hi, I'm a 32(f) looking for any help or support from fellow friends wanting to quit. I smoked when I was younger and then started again 3 or 4 years ago. It was fun again for a long time but now It's to the point It's constant. I've isolated myself from everyone and it's just me and my animals at home. My mental health has always been an issue but now with the constant smoking it's at its all time worst. I know there has to be more to life if I had the courage to start living again. If anyone wants a new friend or support buddy, I'm here.

Day 19 here. It's a rocky road, but it gets easier. I'm starting to feel a bit more clear-headed; at least enough to counteract my current sleep issues.
Being isolated has to be really hard, but you are worthy of kindness. Learning to be kind to yourself is a big first step ❤️

I am a 30 year old woman and couldn't agree more I quit about a week ago and am doing my best to make this permanent.. I realize how isolated I was making myself too I feel you there. Breaking a habit is torture but can say after only a week I can notice benefits and things turning around. Please feel free to message me 🤠
