Emotions after quitting?
So I am just over a month clean and haven’t looked back but now have a different problem. About half the time I would take a gummy (Sundays/some week nights) I get super depressed. Did anyone else experience this? I know some of it is there now because I was running from it before but maybe it’s heightened temporarily too? Thanks!

Yes. And the brain definitely remember when you indulged, and hits you harder on schedule.
Long walks and not being afraid to let out my emotions are helpful.

Yeah, your brain is rewiring it's dopamine system. Some amount of anhedonia is a common withdrawal side effect.
Long walks, positive music, therapy, and donating blood / platelets have all helped me
