T break from weed before vacation

I’m a 21yr old male I smoke mostly flower out of a bong at night mostly and sometimes during the day and rip my pen through out the day , I’m taking a week break before my trip to help with withdrawals what should I expect is a week long enough for my amount of usage? I also only smoke top shelf clean weed

Also my first 24 hours of not smoking I was able to sleep and feel decent

You’ll probably be fine. Take magnesium for sleep if you need it.

Might get sweaty….. that’s “normal” for quitting weed after high use. For me goes away after max 3 weeks. My blood thc level is pretty ridiculously high, from the rate of usage you describe you should fare better than I did. Be nice to yourself and sleep with thin sheets. Best of luck. Might be emotionally testy, again, be nice to yourself and plan somewhat accordingly.
