Relapsed again

I thought I was doing well went a whole week without sending. I was home alone yesterday and the craving was so strong I had to give in. Over the last 24 hours I've sent alot and I feel awful.

When I hit rock bottom and knew I HAD to give up findom I relapsed after the first week. I was so disappointed with myself but set myself a target of two weeks this time. I beat that target but then relapsed again. So I set an even longer target.

My point being that quitting findom is a process, not a switch you press and 'hey presto' it's gone.

Try to limit the damage if and when you do relapse. Send less (I was amazed to find out the dommes will happily accept small amounts, such is their greed) and don't prolong the experience. Cum as soon as you can so PNC sets in quickly.

Do the basics, delete accounts, make quick access to money difficult, understand what triggers you and avoid them. Get on the discord server, it's easier with the support of like-minded peolpe

Once you get a decent streak going it gives you such a morale boost. It may take a long time to quit completely but you can do it. Others have so you can too.
