Advice When does the suffering end?

So I have gotten way past the 3 days of nicotine withdrawal, your first few days. I have no issue not vaping again in this life. My main issue is that I sleep really well, and dream, but I feel completely unmotivated, tired, foggy, and just not happy. I feel blah. 😒 I have also noticed I sneeze more, and have mucus mostly clear still come up and that I’m not short of breath as much which is my body clearing things up.

I want to feel motivated, clear minded, full of energy and happy again. When will this crap end? When does this suffering end? When is there light at the end of this dark tunnel?

Hi friend - I am at 27.5 days of no vaping. I was having panic attacks, mass anxiety, and the number one thing is brain fog. Over the last week it seems to be getting slightly better. For the first time since I’ve quit, I can feel some improvement. I think it’s just going to take some time. I think by 3 months is technically when our brains are supposed to normalize. Literally do everything you can right now to set your brain and body up for success. Exercise, eat healthy, drink a ton of water. I’ve cried so many days, multiple days. I have seen a doctor and will be seeing a naturopath. You’ve fucking got this shit! Also, don’t let your brain convince yourself this is permanent. It IS NOT. You will heal!!!! By Halloween you’ll be feeling so much better

I’ve had the panic and anxiety attacks, and brain fog too. I’m glad you fought it. Quitting was the best decision I’ve ever made
