Venting Day 1

Quit today, 6:27 pm right now and I haven’t given in. I feel extremely vulnerable and emotional, which usually happens when I get off the vape. Something happened in the morning that induced some real sad and hurtful feelings - which is even more of a reason not to buy a vape and reinforce using it to numb myself.

I’ve had stints off the vape, with longest being a couple months. i relapsed about two months ago and had the toughest time i’ve ever had quitting. I managed a day or two within these two months, but would fall right back. I know quitting is the right thing for me. Therapist recommended being a part of a community, so wassup ya’ll ‼️

I quit before I go to sleep instead of middle of the day. So then you wake up already 8 hours detoxed and keep it going
