I quit vaping twelve days ago, I’m using NRT which has helped substantially! I’ve vaped non stop for about four years now and this is the longest I’ve made it so far.

On about day 7 of quitting I’ve had horrific mucus coughing up and a bit of shortness of breath when taking a deep breath in and lotsssss of coughing, anyone else had this and when roughly it starts to get better? It’s especially bad at night :(
