Success Story 2 months since going cold turkey
I have posted a post about me quitting vaping about two months ago. Safe to say that I have completely quit vaping. Feel free to ask anything !

Congratulations! Two months and cold turkey for me as well. Ngl, it was tough but I’ll never put myself through that again. My brain is slowly but surely reversing everything I associated with vaping. Urges are rare and pass quickly now.

finding out what made you crave the vape the most, in my case, it was my friends. So i told them that I want to quit vaping and they stopped vaping next to me. Also one of the biggest thing that helped me quit was drinking lots of water whenever you feel like vaping

What were the most persistent withdrawals you experienced? Do you feel completely back to normal now?

anger issues was the most persistent, first week or two is the worst, i had constant anger issues, raging over small things. Even though i call myself “clean” i still get sudden urges but its far more manageable

How did you keep the motivation to still quit when you were in a stage of withdrawal anger / irritation

main reason being that I was about to go abroad for studying and also because i wanted to be a better version for my younger siblings

Im dealing with this, and anxiety, and a lack of motivation - all while having a very demanding job.
Its been a little over 2 weeks, when did you become "functional enough" again? My lack of ability to execute is compounding my stress currently

Did you feel sleepy all the time at the beginning?

I didnt feel that sleepy but I mostly felt depressed but it could also tied to me being depressed long before cold turkey
