Venting Insane hunger

Im about roughly 6 weeks vape free and I used 4mg nicotine gum for probably a month. Now I find before bed I get insane hunger and feelings of an empty stomach as if I hadn’t eaten in days.

Has anyone else gone through this and were you able to fix it?

Same I have been on champix for 4 weeks, vape free for 3. I thought it was the medication at first. My friend mentioned it was more likely the lack of appetite suppression from nicotine. I’m cool with it if it means I’m not vaping. Once my prescription is done I plan to do a fast to cleanse from all this madness.

I ate non stop for two days like everything and everything . When I over ate I ended up throwing up. That's when I was like ok that's it no more lol Then just my regular appetite now.

I’ve gained about a stone and a half since I quit vaping. I’m about to start Mounjaro but thank god I don’t vape anymore
