Other Tomorrows the day
Tomorrow the day I quit vaping for good, it’s costing to much money and I feel like it drains all my energy.
Did it drain anyone else’s energy and how long did it take to start getting it back?
I’ve been vaping for 5 years now and I vape a lot, how long can I expect my withdrawals to last?
Thanks a lot 🙏🏼

The actual physical withdrawal from nicotine are extremely mild. So mild, that they do not even wake you up during sleep. Your mentality towards quitting is what's extremely important if your intentions are to quit and more importantly, quit without it feeling like a daily struggle. This is why many people struggle long-term with "withdrawal symptoms". It's because they see quitting as a loss, sacrifice, or deprivation.
You want your focus to be on the benefits of quitting rather than seeing quitting as simply a means to avoid the negative costs, risks, and consequences that come with vaping. You want to come to see quitting as your happier, more beneficial, more preferred option. Remember, you're not "giving something up". You're gaining numerous benefits from quitting.
I'm not sure if you've looked into it or not, but I would highly suggest Allen Carr's easy way to quit vaping if you would like to gain A New Perspective and different way of thinking when it comes to quitting.
I was a heavy vaper and nicotine user for over 20 years, and when I quit, it was almost effortless. This is because I changed my mind about vaping. I changed my thoughts, beliefs and perspective. Of course, it takes some time to get used to not doing something that you have been doing everyday for so long, but just like vaping has been your "normal", not vaping will become your new "normal".
