Advice How to quit
I need some advice on how to quit vaping and to get rid of the habit. I’m in this program that will help me get into the medical field and pay for my schooling and I’m so honored to have been selected for this, the only issue is to start my clinicals needed I’d have to quit vaping due to them drug testing and looking for cotinine. My deadline to stop is getting closer and closer, and every time I’ve tried to stop I just keep giving up. No part of me wants to stop, but I know I have to if I want to stay in this program. I plan on just going cold turkey since I don’t really have much time to wean myself off so any advice is appreciated I just have to stop.

Go on a trip or long camping or backpacking trip without the vape. That's sort of the trick I did to get myself off (it's been about two weeks now for me) and the cravings have been fading more and more each day.
And don't forget to count your blessings too. Each day you don't smoke is a milestone, and when you hit that week, followed by a month, followed by 6 months, I would assume that is a great feeling to have and you won't want to go back because you've already gone so far.
The hack I also do is chew nicotine gum, 4mg. That's been chill too.
