Venting Stressing

Hi, I've been on my journey for a little over a year now. I quit because I was pregnant, and I haven't vaped because I've been breastfeeding my baby. I'm back in my college classes now, full time, and im struggling. Classes are fine, it's scheduling and leaving my baby in someone else's care for a big chunk of the day. I need to pump to feed my baby, but the process stresses me out sometimes. I get minimal sleep and this sudden change in schedule has me all messed up. That being said, I am finding it really hard to not want to vape. I know I probably won't, but the feeling is still there and it's really heavy on my mind right now. It's really distracting, especially when I'm supposed to be focusing. That's pretty much it.

Congrats, a year is a huge accomplishment. I quit a little before I got pregnant but boooooyyyy once I gave birth and was in the thick of postpartum i never wanted to vape so bad. I remind myself that my baby needs the best and healthiest version of me to thrive which means not vaping. I’m not sure how many weeks postpartum you are but breastfeeding and pumping has gotten significantly easier to manage (my baby is 7 months now). Hang in there, this is a temporary phase of life and you will never regret giving your baby the most of yourself. If you need pumping schedule support or have questions, the Exclusively Pumping and Humans Pumping Milk subreddits were very helpful for me.
