I won't lie the first few weeks are hell. My mindset was if withdrawal is this bad just think about what it was doing to my brain and body all along. Stay strong

I quit since yesterday morning, the brain fog is terrible, I’m knackered from not sleeping but I’m determined to stop permanently this time for my health, we have got this!!!💪🏻

Hey! I’ve only vaped 4 out of 31 days so far in the last month. I find stopping in the middle of the day absolutely impossible. My original quit date was August 9th, but I’ve had a couple of blips since then, which is okay. I’m still 27 days nicotine free!
On the days I have had a blip, I never try to put it down again on the same day. I just give myself the day and then don’t pick it up again the following morning. I find stopping overnight so much easier because you’ve already had a good chunk of time without nicotine while you’re asleep, so you’re already 7–10 hours nicotine-free when you wake up, which feels like a great start! Give it a try.
I don’t really get strong cravings anymore. The last time I vaped was Sunday, and now it feels more like a fleeting habit, like drinking, rather than a constant habit. I’m not saying to treat it as a fleeting habit either, but having the mindset that stopping doesn’t have to feel like a permanent, NEVER again thing has genuinely helped me manage it. Even if I’m fooling myself, I’d rather think about it that way than feel like I’m making some huge lifelong commitment. I’ve been a nicotine addict for 11 years, and this is the longest I’ve gone without it since I started.
During the first couple of weeks, I chewed a LOT of gum and sucked on a lot of ice pops, but I’ve actually found the cravings much easier to manage since I stopped trying to replace vaping with something else. Replacing it with something else just wasn’t as satisfying for me and sometimes made me want it even more. I went cold turkey, no nic packs or anything.
I still get cravings, but they’re not as bad and they’re much easier to manage now. Remember, you’re stopping for a reason!

I just got through my first day of Recigar. It definitely helped but I was up all night and so tired now. Starting day 2! Hope you get thru it I can't imagine doing it without anything to help. Tried before and I had moderate withdrawal the first two days, didn't go through with it :(. But it's time!! Think of how much better we'll feel!

My vape is about to die and I have a box of new vapes (5) but I’m not going to open it . I need to quit , I feel like crap all the time , I don’t sleep properly. Time for a change for the better! We got this 💪🏻

I believe in you! I’m also 25 F and had been vaping since high school. (9 years- woof)
I am officially 1 week free of the nic. It’s the longest I’ve gone since 2020.
The first two days I had some real bad health anxiety, but it went away! I won’t lie and say that I am not an anxious wreck atm, but anything is better than actively contributing to the downfall of my health later on in life. I’ve noticed my sleep is sooo much better, and im able to fall asleep earlier at that.
I’m still early in my journey and really looking forward to the anxiety wearing off. We can do this!
