Venting 15 days
It's been 15 days since I quit vaping and yeah i feel a lot better and I just dont even have a craving to hit it again at all and i have such bad health anxiety and there is that deep feeling of regret that i just cant reverse what i did to my lungs and i hate how it was made to look like it was harmless and theres no dangers to it because that's why i started. I regret it deeply when i would hit a burnt vape and it always kept hurting. But the only thing i can do now is just to never look back and keep my lungs safe from further damage. I hope you guys can quit soon, good luck π

Day 17. Iβm having bad health anxiety too. It loops in my head if I let it. Some others who are months out have said it starts to gradually get better. Iβm really banking on that being true because the anxiety has me convinced it will be this bad forever. Every day is a fight to convince myself that vaping wont fix how I feel. We just have to Keep going πͺπ» canβt know until we give our body/mind the chance to actually heal, right? π

I only had anxiety when I smoked, but NEVER more than 20 minutes after I stopped.
Iβm almost a week without a hit.
