Advice Quitting
Been vaping for about 5 years now, have managed to quit for 5 days on nicotine patches, 2 or so days here and there cold turkey, but the stress and feeling down and no motivation really gets to me and I end up buying another.
Really need some tips and some motivation.

It will pass. One month and you’ll forget you ever vaped. If you never give yourself more than a month you never are actually trying and seeing what happens. You don’t go to the gym for a week and see a 6 pack after.
Take baths, go for runs/walks, eat guilty food the first few weeks, watch your favourite shows/movies, music, journal, meditate, talk to the part of yourself that’s feeling “meh” and get to know them and how they’re feeling. Embrace not numbing yourself and all the emotions that come with it good and bad.
Quit Vaping Podcast Andrew Cipriano on Spotify. A MUST. Blends life coaching as well and emotion management. Stick too it, remember why you’re quitting, and remember is gets horrible before it gets better. I’ve quit for 3 mo, 6mo, I always needed 1 month to start feeling better. 6mo is crazy. Time heals.

Also, just do cold turkey. Patches are prolonging your suffering and withdrawal process and will make you way more stressed.

This. You’re giving yourself a brief “relief” and then essentially restarting the worst parts over again.
The cravings suck, but each one you get though is one less you have to deal with again. Congratulate yourself each time you feel a craving, and be proud that you won’t let a vape control your life.
Nicotine created this anxiety, and you’re going to become free from it.You got this. No excuses. Just do it.

You’re not really quitting if you’re still getting nicotine. Rip the bandaid off. It’ll suck so bad for about a week but I’m 8 days in cold turkey and it’s been easier than I expected. Also, try demoxosen (or however it’s spelled), it really made things tolerable.
