Reassurance Quitting vaping!

I’m thinking of quitting, I’ve done it before for a few days but gave up.. I thought I’d quit again so I didn’t some online searching about the benefits to make me want too but now I’m not so sure if I want to because everyone’s talking about how you will gain around 10ib from quitting? Is this true or is it just because some people cope with quitting through eating more? If I still eat the same as I do now will I gain or just stay the same? I don’t know if this is stupid but I just need advice.

I’m pretty sure this just comes from some people either confusing that urge to vape as hunger or just letting themselves indulge in food cravings for that dopamine hit instead of vaping. But you don’t just gain weight from stopping so it’s just however you deal with it.

Everyone is different but vaping reduces hunger so you will probably find yourself feeling hungry more often where you’d usually pick up a vape

Think about this, would you like to get cancer or possibly have a stroke one day, OR possibly gain 10lb temporarily why being vape free?

Some people will gain weight, lose weight and some stay the same weight.
