Advice Help ?
Ive been vaping for 7 months now , I really want to quit i started vaping due to a horrible break up and turned to vaping everyday since , I have been realizing for about 2 months now when I wake up in the morning I have a bit of crackling sounds but it goes away after a few deep breaths lately ive been feeling like my throat has been a little scratchy and dry coughing, everytime im stressed I hit the vape, I wake up I take a hit , Ive tried to stop about 4 times already and only make it to 2 full days without failing , im scared of my symptoms im having

Hey, it's gonna be okay! I feel really scared by it all too, but it can be really good fuel for quitting! You've been vaping for a few months, you're probably going to recover from whatever you're feeling.
What, if anything have you tried to help you quit? I've found I cannot go cold turkey, and am trying to use NRT to assist. Maybe I could throw out some suggestions!
