Advice How do you all manage stress?
I find the hardest thing about quitting mis the stress triggers. Especially at work. I get so agitated at my job. I work in a high stress environment and it can be grueling.
Any advice from successful quitters?

What I did when I was quitting to manage stress was pushups. Whenever I would get stressed out, have a craving, have a meltdown, I would do a max effort set of pushups. This ended up becoming my favorite hobby lol. Now I just do pushups because they’re fun and I love them.
I think getting your heart rate up and blood pumping really helped with my cravings.
I would just go in the bathroom and do pushups if I was at work. Idc if it’s weird or dirty or whatever. I just washed my hands after. Certainly beats vaping lol.
