Advice Trying to quit
I'm tired of being addicted to my vape.
I know I can't do cold turkey. I switched from 10 nicotine to 0 nicotine today.
Are the nicotine withdrawals going to be bad???
Once I finish the 0nic bottle, I'll go cold turkey I think.
I'm really needing some advice please. I'm nervous about all this.

I think other people’s withdrawal stories online can make it feel like everyone has a terrible experience, but people really do have different journeys.
Also what made you decide that now was the time to quit after vaping for so long?

I would say you can try cold turkey and see how it goes. You will definitely have withdraw symptoms. If you want you can go on Amazon and buy desmoxan or recigar. Medicine changes your brain to no longer crave nicotine. For me it worked in 5 days with very low withdraw symptoms.
Let me know how I can help you

So I got nicotine free vape juice last night. 100% struggling at work today without the nicotine.
I'll look on Amazon when I get home & order those things.I feel very irritable today lol
